Our Returns and Exchange Policy
: 90-Day Trial Period
At Bioarc, we’re so confident in the effectiveness of our oil blends that we offer our customers a 90-day trial period. If you’re not completely satisfied within this 90-day period after receiving the product, you can contact us by email at [email protected]. We’ll refund the full purchase price (the trial phase only applies to one product). Please note that the money-back guarantee is only valid for 10 days after the expiry of the 90-day trial period. This offer is only valid for the first order.
In this email, please provide your name, order number, date of your order, and your address. We’ll then let you know how and where to return the product to us to receive your refund. Refunds will be made within 1 week of receiving the returned product. Please note that we are unable to refund the cost of returning the product to us.

We offer a generous return period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Products

Refunds
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed in the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 5-7 days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
